- Agent Kim Reactivated Episode 2 Review: The Bullies Picked the Wrong Girl
Episode 2 is difficult to watch—not because the villains are brilliant, but because they feel painfully familiar.
Min-ji is lured into a trap, surrounded by bullies and gangsters, and attacked until she loses consciousness. The rich bully does not fight alone. She brings friends, adult criminals, family money, and the confidence of someone who has never been told “no.”
That is not courage.
That is a group project for cowards.

Strong Against the Weak, Weak Against the Strong
Korea has a phrase for people like this: gang-yak-yak-gang.
It describes someone who acts powerful toward weaker people but becomes obedient the moment a stronger person appears.
Unfortunately, this attitude exists far beyond dramas.
We see it in workplaces where bosses humiliate junior employees, wealthy families silence victims, and people suddenly become very polite when someone more powerful enters the room.
The bully in Episode 2 is not frightening because she is strong.
She is frightening because the system around her keeps telling her that money can erase consequences.
Her father has influence. Criminals clean up the problem. The adults who should stop the violence become part of it.
In this world, power does not protect the weak.
It protects itself.
- Why the Revenge Feels So Satisfying
This is exactly why viewers begin waiting for Kim to find them.
Not because violence is a real solution, but because the system has already failed Min-ji.
The school did not protect her. The adults did not protect her. Money and connections made the attackers feel untouchable.
Then they discover one tiny administrative error:
Min-ji’s father is Code 66.
They thought they were bullying a powerless student.
Instead, they submitted a personal complaint directly to North Korea’s former final boss.

Episode 2 works because the villains represent something real: people who mistake privilege for strength.
They are loud when the victim is alone, but the moment Kim appears, courage leaves the building.
That is the truth about many bullies.
They do not want a fair fight.
They want an audience, protection, and a victim who cannot fight back.
Watching Kim destroy that illusion feels satisfying because society often tells victims to endure, stay quiet, and wait for justice.
Sometimes viewers simply want justice to arrive early, wearing a dark jacket and a very tired expression.
